After college my job path took me to a couple of Fortune 500 companies where I had a successful 25 year career. Although happy, I always had the calling to start my own business and work with animals...so Pawfect Dog Walker began!
Growing up on the east coast, my parents finally caved when I was 8 and brought home Molly, a beautiful black lab. I'll never forget that first day I met her, we formed a bond like no other that lasted for 12 years.
When I moved to California for college I was lucky enough to adopt my second lab, Jessie, a fiery chocolate lab. At 7 months the vet told me she had such bad hips I should consider putting her down because of my college student affluence (I didn't have any money :-)). Going against his advice I took out a loan and Jessie had successful hip surgery. We spent a remarkable 10 years together, although Jessie walked with a bit of a limp, she was the happiest dog I've ever known! I suppose she knew she had a second chance at life and took full advantage of it.
Today my wife and I live in Encinitas with our 2 wonderful dogs, Eddie a 12 year old terrier and Lucky a 6 month old black Lab. I share this story with you because I truly love dogs and will always take the best care of yours, as if they were my own.
There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.
